1.「notch」字形設計：

2. θ 與咖啡豆的隱喻：
•「θ」是一個潛在符號，與咖啡豆烘焙過程中的溫度、時間與質量的平衡相呼應，展現品牌在咖啡領域的專業性。
• 斜線的角度暗示咖啡的品質提升與品牌突破自我的精神，與名稱「notch」所表達的「達到新高度」一致。
